Existing notable fires:
Lang Lake - approximately 1 hectare fire NE of Lang. This fire is approximately 12km SW of Hendrix Lake. The fire is "Being Held", which is great news. Expect this fire to be "Out" later today or tomorrow.
Batchelor Heights (Kamloops). Grass fire likely caused by lightening, adjacent to rural neighbourhood. Classified as "Under Control", and should be upgraded to "Out" in a few days when they can confirm there are no remaining hot spots.
McLean Lake Rd (Cache Creek). Small fire 7km west of Cache Creek. No further information about this fire, I suspect it is inconsequential.
