Gotchen Lake fire update - August 22, 7:30am

The fire perimeter has been updated on the BC Wildfire site, and this time it looks far more realistic.  It is not threatening Bosk, nor Hendrix Lake at the moment.  I expect any further growth will travel in the north and east directions.  It is highly unlikely that this fire will migrate very far south.

No alerts have been issued by the CRD.
