Mostly cloudy, with periods of sunny skies. Afternoon scattered showers, and a few minutes of hail, continued into early evening.
Gary the eagle was hunting today while the wife tended the nest. Expect a couple more eaglets again this year. No signs of last year's offspring. Perhaps Hendrix Lake isn't big enough for the whole family.
